Morgan Caparaz
Director of Operations
Morgan Caparaz is the Director of Operations for United Litigation Discovery. With over 10 years experience in litigation support he has held positions in account management, technical operations, project management, and director of electronic discovery. He has managed multi-million dollar cases for clients from inception to trial. Morgan maintains a high degree of familiarity with multiple e-discovery software platforms and review tools. He has been recognized for his technical ability to bring new and creative solutions to client problems. He has consulted with clients on database design and review to maximize efficiency and ROI. Morgan brings this experience to manage the day to day operations of the paper to digital and digital to digital conversions for United. Morgan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a minor in Information Systems from San Francisco State University.
Marlon J Urtecho
Director of Sales & Customer Service
Marlon has come a long way from a reprographics employee to a proven self motivator and problem solver. He has been working in the legal industry for over 16 years providing a full array of legal document services and solutions to law firms/corporations in the bay area. His success over the years is based on the willingness to change his skill set from the traditional account manager, to an internal consultant role. He responds to the demands of the customer and provides proactive assistance and support. He has been able to work directly with clients from the beginning through the end of trial, meeting all their expectations. Marlon has always offered himself as the single point of contact, reducing the time and the effort the customer needs to expend on the relationship. His experience enables him to optimize quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Dalibor Maksimovic
Account Executive & Project Manager
Dalibor Maksimovic is an Account Executive & Project Manager with United Litigation Discovery. In this role he assists our litigation clients in the discovery process from collection all the way through to production of electronic data. He has spent 12 years as a Project Manager and Account Executive for multiple organizations, which taught him the importance of understanding all cycles in e-Discovery. Dalibor has consulted with Law Firms and Corporations on the best use of technology and how we can help them save time and money through all phases of litigation. He has managed a wide range of services – from Forensic Collection to e-Discovery Processing and Traditional Paper Discovery.
